Why Do Spring Board?

​We meet you where you are, then get you to where you want to be. Springboard is an intense program designed to lay the foundation of Xtreme Fitness’ four-pronged approach to fitness on which your fitness program is based. This gives you the opportunity to both test drive our program and solidify a foundation in the core principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT!) We will carefully explain and provide a walk-through of the four integral parts of the program and detail the importance of each. Once complete, you will have a crystal-clear picture of what it will take for you to achieve your ultimate fitness goal. Includes:
  • Full-Body Composition Analysis & Weekly Measurements, also includes Before and after pictures
  • Fitness goal development’ and analysis
  • Posture & Movement-Based Assessment (Identify any physical limitations and their cause Identify which muscles are tight and hence need to be elongated Identify which muscles are weak that need to be strengthened)
  • Myofascial Release Therapy
  • Complementary nutrition class and Detailed personal nutrition plan
